1066, Issue #1: This is the first comic book script I've ever written, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Work will begin again in 2007 on this comic book both with more writing and artwork. Note that the script contains many specific directions for the artist.

"Family and/or the Individual": This is an essay I wrote for my English 100 class in my first semester at California State University, Long Beach. I was very happy with how it turned out, the class loved it, and it was the first piece of writing I got published in the college newspaper I eventually worked for, the Long Beach Union.

"The Day The Earth Stood Still": This is an essay I wrote at the end of the last millennium, where I ruminate over ideas of what might happen with the threat of the Y2K Bug, whose effects turned out to be next to nothing due to the great preparation of the programmers of the world.
